Building Community Through Home Ownership
How to Apply to Become a Home OwnerApplying to become a home owner with the State College Community Land Trust requires interested individuals to contact the Land Trust to schedule an orientation session. During this orientation we will go into further detail about how our program works and, hopefully, pre qualify the individual for assistance. Individuals will receive application materials at the orientation session that must be completed and returned to the Land Trust for formal confirmation of program qualification. Call the Land Trust today to schedule your orientation. We can schedule you anytime - days, evenings, or weekends. Keep in mind that there is no cost to apply, just a time commitment to go through the orientation session which normally lasts 60-90 minutes. Please contact us with any questions.
