The second annual SCCLT Going Green Tour was held on July 21, 2007 and information about it is kept here to give you an idea of what it's all about.

Going Green is a self-guided tour of gardens and outdoor projects undertaken this summer by State College Community Land Trust homeowners and members of the SCCLT. Projects range from the modest to funky, creative approaches to outdoor design. At each stop you'll be able to talk with the homeowner/designer and sign up to win one of a number of doorprizes. SCCLT homeowners teamed up with the Master Gardeners program to develop their plans. Some of the projects you'll see are a work in progress, a demonstration of special gardening techniques, and the imaginative recycling of commononly found objects. At every stop you'll view the results of pride, persistence and ingenuity. Plan to join us for Going Green!

• on the day of the tour at any of the stops
• in advance at Woodring's Floral Shop in State College or Bellefonte starting the second week of July
