Become a Member

The State College Community Land Trust is a member based organization meaning the members of the Trust administer and support the Trust. We have a Board of Directors who are elected from the membership and are responsible for the overall operation of the Trust. Anyone can become a member of the trust. You need only agree with and support the Trust's mission statement and contribute a nominal annual membership fee of $10. As a member you will be kept informed of how our Trust is helping home owners and the State College community. Trust members are also able to vote on and run for the Board of Directors.

Our membership is the organization. It is made up of individuals with various backgrounds and experiences, just as our community in the Borough of State College is comprised. Trust members include public officials, land trust home owners, local business people, community residents, and even residents of outlying communities. This diversity helps to provide input and shapes the direction of our organization.
