GreenBuild Design Build Project: Request for Proposals

The State College Community Land Trust (SCCLT) is seeking a proposal for a design/build firm to construct a moderately-priced green duplex in State College Borough. Project site is located at: 1394 University Drive, State College, PA 16801.
 
Proposals must be submitted by 2:00 pm on Friday October 7, 2016 via email to: achilde@wmf-inc.com  Plus, two (2) paper copies of the proposal should be received at the office of Weber Murphy Fox, Inc. 403 South Allen Street, Suite 115 State College, PA 16801 by 4:00 pm on Friday October 7, 2016 (UPDATED DEADLINE). 
 
Bids shall be mailed or delivered in a sealed envelope. The face of the envelope shall be clearly marked with the words "Request for Proposal – GreenBuild Design Build Project” and also marked with the name of the contractor. Fee proposals per the RFP documents will be required. Each bid must be accompanied by proof of ability to secure Insurances and Performance Bond / Labor and Materials Payment Bond in accordance with the RFP documents.
 
Project scope and proposal specifications are available here. After reviewing specifications, request the RFP appendix attachments from Anna Childe, Owners Representative, at: achilde@wmf-inc.com.  A pre-proposal conference was held Monday, September 19, 2016. If you could not attend, direct your questions to Anna Childe.

Time is of the essence in the work. Requirements with regard to completion of portions of the work are contained in the RFP Documents. The State College Community Land Trust reserves the right to reject any or all bids and reserves the right to waive irregularities in the bids.
