Colleen Ritter, Executive Director, has lived in State College since late 1999. She has worked in the affordable housing field for over 25 years, most of the them in PA, except for 7 wonderful years living and working in England. Colleen spends her free time hiking, walking her dog and being involved in her son's activities.
Tiffanie Cortazzo, Marketing & Office Assistant, has resided in State College since 2001 when she moved here to attend Penn State University as a History major. She and her husband have been SCCLT homeowners since 2009, and are truly grateful to be raising their two young daughters in the Borough. Tiffanie enjoys gardening, photography, and has a passion for family history. She also enjoys volunteering for her daughter’s school where she has been the President of the Parent Teacher Organization for the last 4 years.

Jennifer Jourdan, Outreach & Development Coordinator, has called Happy Valley home for several years since moving from Chicago. New to this field, she is a seasoned assistant and copywriter. You might catch her wandering around the farmers market, public library, or state park. Jennifer enjoys gardening and learning about plants, listening to 90s R&B and eating pizza.
Lorie Waters is our first Real Estate & Stewardship Coordinator. The board created this new position to (1) support Executive Director Colleen Ritter in managing properties and (2) be a resource for SCCLT homeowners as they maintain their land trust homes. A Penn State grad and SCCLT homeowner herself, Lorie has been a bakery manager, volunteer treasurer for two parent associations, and member of SCCLT’s maintenance committee and board.
