Its not too late to become part of the GreenBuild legacy!

Home energy bills can consume nearly 20% of the total paychecks for a low or moderate income family. The GreenBuild project will provide an affordable homeownership experience for each of the buyers, and all SCCLT homeowners will benefit from lessons learned from the construction of these two homes.

GreenBuild is also serving as a model for area homeowners and builders of ways to incorporate energy efficient materials and equipment into new and existing homes. The GreenBuild homeowners will participate in ongoing tracking and analysis of energy use. Such data and research will provide important information that will enable homeowners to adjust their energy consumption and consider additional improvements to reduce energy costs.

While the construction of GreenBuild is nearly complete, we will be paying our GreenBuild construction bills for some time to come. Consider making a gift today, and helping to get our next innovative project going sooner!
