Sustainability
Sustainability is a strong focus of all land trust rehabilitations not only because environmental sustainability is a goal in the State College Borough's master plan, but also because sustainability and affordability go hand in hand. Homes that are more energy efficient are more affordable to occupy over the short and long terms. SCCLT has engaged in a couple of projects to improve the energy performance of their homes.
