Had a fantastic time with an enthusiastic audience at the State College Downtown Rotary Club meeting today talking about SCCLT in general, and this project to retrofit a duplex on University Drive in particular. We hope to make this 1970's duplex as energy efficient as GreenBuild, while adding curb appeal. Thanks to these Rotarians, We'll be able to add a deck!
