THF and SCCLT buy townhomes!

In case you missed the big news, we (@THF and SCCLT) bought these townhomes TODAY! We bought the land so these units will be preserved in perpetuity as affordable units, and The HOME Foundation bought and will manage the rentals. Thank you so much to the Borough of State College for being such a champion of this project. Without their efforts in procuring funding, and the patience and dedication of the sellers to see these units preserved, this wouldn't have happened. Kudos also to Governor Tom Wolf Centre County Government and the Pennsylvania for their support of this project.
