Why Shared Equity, Why Now?

8/7/2020

As housing moratoriums expire, eviction notices and foreclosure proceedings are underway, disproportionally impacting the already-vulnerable renters and homeowners of color most at risk. Grounded Solutions Network CEO Tony Pickett and Board of Directors Chair Robert Burns of Citi share how quality housing with Lasting Affordability addresses the social determinants of health within the communities of color most affected by structural health and housing disparities – with Shelter-in-Place policies taking on life-saving significance – and presenting shared equity housing as a scalable, sustainable solution. Thank you Shelterforce!
